Payment Information and Cancellation Policy
Payment Information
Deposit: To hold your reservation, we require
a $100 deposit. The deposit will be deducted
from the balance due. The remaining balance
is due 35 days prior to your arrival date.

Payment Methods:  You can pay with a credit
or debit card or use your PayPal account. To
use either of these payment methods, click the
"Pay Now" button below. This will take you to
our PayPal account, which is shown as
"Windsor Hills Orlando".

On the first PayPal screen on the left side is
the order summary:
  • in the "description box" include your dates,
  • in the "item price" box enter the amount of
    your payment
  • leave "quantity" as 1

On the right side is "Choose a way to pay"
  • If paying with a PayPal account, log onto
    your account
  • If paying with a debit or credit card, click
    on the "Pay with debit or credit card" link

When we receive your payment, we will e-mail
you a confirmation with check-in information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel you need to send us an e-mail with the word
"cancel" and your confirmation number clearly displayed.

If you cancel your reservation with us prior to your scheduled arrival
date, you will receive a refund of money previously paid, reduced by
the following charges:

* Cancel up to 35 days prior to arrival date--a $50 administrative fee
* Cancel 34 to 30 days prior to arrival date--25% of the total rental
* Cancel 29 to 24 days prior to arrival date--50% of the total rental
* Cancel 23 to 15 days prior to arrival date--75% of the total rental
* Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date--NO REFUNDS
