Payment Information and Cancellation Policy
Payment Information
Deposit: To hold your reservation, we require
a $200 deposit. The deposit will be deducted
from the balance due. The remaining balance
due is 35 days prior to your arrival date.

Payment Methods:  We accept credit cards or
you can use your PayPal account. To use
either of these payment methods, click the
"Pay Now" button below. This will take you to
our PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal
account and you do not have to sign up for a
PayPal account.

Click on the "Pay Now" button below. On the
first PayPal screen:
  • in the "item box, include your dates and
  • in the "unit  price" box enter the amount of
    your payment

If you wish to pay with a credit card, at bottom
left of the PayPal page you will see "don't have
a PayPal account"...Click continue. This will
take you to the page where you can securely
enter your credit card information. When we
receive your payment, we will e-mail you a
payment receipt, confirmation and complete
check-in information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel you need to send us an e-mail with the word
"cancel" and your confirmation number clearly displayed.

If you cancel your reservation with us prior to your
scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of
money previously paid, reduced by the following
charges:

 * Cancel up to 35 days--a $50 administrative fee
 * Cancel 34 to 14 days--25% of the total rental
 * Cancel 13 to 7 days--50% of the total rental
 * Cancel 6 to 3 days--75% of the total rental
 * Cancel 2 days to arrival date--NO REFUND
